SilkBonnet respects your privacy. This policy explains the information used to operate this shop and fulfil your orders.
Information we collect
When you order, we process your name, billing and delivery addresses, email address, order details and, if supplied, phone number. Account information and order history are stored to support your purchases. We also keep necessary technical and security logs.
How we use it
We use order information to fulfil our contract with you, provide delivery updates, handle returns and meet legal record-keeping obligations. Necessary security processing supports our legitimate interest in protecting the shop. Optional analytics are used only with your consent.
Payments and service providers
Payment information is handled by your selected payment provider; we do not store full card details. Relevant details may be shared with delivery providers, payment processors, hosting and email services, and the order tracking provider to fulfil your order. Some providers process data outside the UK using applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
Cookies
Essential WooCommerce cookies keep your shopping bag, currency preference, login and checkout working. Your cookie choice is stored on this device. Analytics storage is denied by default and can be allowed or withdrawn using Cookie preferences in the footer. We do not require analytics consent to shop.
Retention and your rights
We keep order and accounting records for the period required by applicable law, generally up to six years. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, subject to legal requirements. Contact us through the contact page. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
