Our 60-night sleep trial
You have 60 days from delivery to try your silk bonnet. If it is not right for you, contact us within this period to arrange a return and a full refund of the amount paid for the returned bonnet. Please include your order number.
We will provide return instructions and confirm any return postage arrangements before you send it. Please do not send a parcel to an address without first contacting our team. Keep proof of posting.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. We process eligible refunds promptly after receipt of the return or evidence that you have sent it, within the time required by applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may need extra processing time.
Your statutory rights
The 60-night trial is in addition to your legal rights. Where the UK cancellation right applies, you can notify us within 14 days of delivery and then return your order within the following 14 days. Faulty or misdescribed goods remain covered by your statutory rights. We cover reasonable return postage for goods confirmed to be faulty or misdescribed.
300% money-back authenticity guarantee
Every bonnet is made from 100% mulberry silk. If a reliable fabric test shows that your bonnet contains polyester or another synthetic blend, we refund three times the amount you paid for that bonnet. Contact us with your order number and the test evidence so we can resolve your claim. There is no time limit on this authenticity promise.
A complimentary testing swatch is included in each order. A home burn test is indicative and can be affected by finishes and testing conditions. Laboratory fibre analysis provides more reliable evidence. Only test the separate swatch with appropriate precautions; never burn your bonnet.
How to start a return
