These terms apply to purchases from SilkBonnet. Please read them together with our delivery, returns and privacy policies.
Products and prices
Our bonnets use 100% Grade 6A mulberry silk. Colours may vary slightly with lighting and screen settings. Model photographs may show a different colour from the selected product; the dedicated product photograph identifies your selection.
Prices and the selected payment currency are shown before you confirm an order. Shipping is complimentary. Any additional charges shown at checkout form part of the final total. International import charges, where applicable, are explained in our delivery policy.
Ordering
An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. We accept the order when we confirm dispatch, unless agreed otherwise. If an item becomes unavailable or a clear pricing error occurs, we will contact you and offer a refund where appropriate.
Bundle offers
Buy two or three bonnets and save 15%. Buy four and receive the lowest-priced bonnet free; each complete group of four qualifies for one free bonnet. Bundle offers apply automatically in your bag and do not combine with one another. If part of a discounted bundle is returned, the refund reflects the discount allocated to the returned items.

Care and reasonable expectations
Silk can help reduce friction and tangles; individual results vary. Our bonnets are not medical treatments. Follow the hand-washing instructions to preserve the fabric. Burn tests must be carried out only on the separate sample with proper precautions.
